A few of you have asked for the crockpot chicken curry recipe. Here ya go!
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in cubes1 tablespoon Olive oil2 Cloves garlic, chopped2 Scallions, chopped4 tablespoon Curry powder1 tablespoon Allspice1 tsp ginger1 cup fat free chicken broth1 large Potato peeled and diced 
Directions
1. Clean chicken with lime juice or vinegar. Rinse well.2. Add all ingredients in Slow Cooker3. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or High for 6 hoursNumber of Servings: 6
 
*Serve over rice
