I am beyond exhausted. I want nothing more than to go to bed (2 hours ago.) But I took a rest day yesterday, which means tonight I get to play the game: would you rather be exhausted a little longer OR be overweight for a little longer? So I’m going to the gym.
I’ve negotiated a minimum of 20 minutes on the elliptical with my inner exercise taskmaster. After that I’ve been cleared to go straight to bed.
